Good leaders want to help other people develop their innate qualities and become good leaders too. I think that goes hand in hand with the “I’m happy to let someone else lead if I respect them and they’re not a nincompoop” comment. That’s very threatening to insecure people. I will just add in terms of Alpha/Sigma dynamics, both are leaders and possess the same qualities EXCEPT that Alphas HAVE to dominate over others, while Sigmas avoid pecking order. Sigmas are basically Alphas that don't need to control others. That's why they prefer to be loners. I have two people in my life, husband and ex ( TF) which I love and respect. Both of them misunderstood me until now. Since my mum passed last year, I took my power back.
I was a strong leader before I met my ex and my husband and I backed myself to the corner to build a family life. Sacrifice everything for 17 plus years and got 3 beautiful children who are my everything. But I always felt I was under valued and under estimated.
I'm currently in the process of standing on my feet again and show my kids that choosing ourselves is the best thing we can do to help us and the people around us.
And I am teaching swimming for 5 year olds and i love that but most of the people find that very difficult. The goofing around makes them understand me more, but parents always think I play around. But end of the day, these children learn and enjoy the water at the same time.

Before I came across you Jess, I had a lot of stuff about Sigma females show up in my feed. Sigmas are moreoften than not INFJS and earth angels. I think the only one you come by naturally is INFJ. When I was connected to him I probably was a beta. Because that's the box he put me in all those lifetimes ago. Coming into sigma takes walking away from him healing bla bla bla. His wife is an alpha which makes karmic females hate us because she liked me as a beta just fine too so they can energy harvest put you in a third party. But once you find you have no tolerance for the BS, maybe perhaps at different times they are BOTH supposed to level up but whether they do or not isn't our fuckin problem. But another problem for Sigmas? We intimidate Everybody. Without even meaning to, or we seem "mysterious ". So guess what. Damned if you do damned if you don't.
