I just got plat 1 only playing Fluffals. The deck is incredibly strong in a BO1 ladder. You'll always pick to go second and just wipe their board with tiger and otk them. The deck can play around ash and nibiru easly too. And if they chose you to go first, just make Calamities and pass
Is that the deck with frightful tiger? Been trying to find what that deck was also is fluffals strong during most metas or something that isnât worth investing in long term if you want to learn tournament play eventually?
@@beasthaven1571 it can beat the meta decks, the worst matchup is drytron because of all of the negates. Apart from that the deck is pretty solid AND CHEAP. The only UR's in the archetype are Tiger and Kraken and you only need one of each for start (the ideal is to use 2 of each, but I got plat 1 just using one of each) everything else in the main deck are either Normals ou Rares
Losing is pretty bad in this game, i mean i sit there 10 min while seeing my opp go berserk mode, knowing i will lose, and then i dont even get a chest at the end of the duel, its just insulting. I mean, you dont need to get the chest, but would be nice if the points accumulate untill you get the chest, but no, you will receive nothing. After you get the battles pass full, the best way to play, is to scoop your hand, and stick or quit, for the next match... Why would you waste time when you know there is nothing in the end, even if you endure the pain of the meta decks and try.
Mine are EvilTwins + Unchained Abomination & Bagooska. They helped me reached platinum. Platinum was hard af, specially because of Drytrons mains. So I made an Anti-Meta deck. Buster Blader/Topologic/Kaiju

Got to Plat 1 playing Nekroz. Man was it rough. I would say I had a 65% win rate with the deck in Plat. I love Nekroz but I think it's time to move on to a newer deck.

Since it's Bo1, there are so many decks you can play to high success and reach Plat 1. I even skipped divisions while climbing with True Draco, jumping from G4 instantly to P5 because of a massive win streak.
Yeah unfortunately they got rid of rank skipping because I'm on a 13 win streak into gold 3 currently, I definitely would've been plat already by now last season but it's all good
Ive dueled that kind of deck numerous times in plat division. but my resonator inca deck put them all to surrender hha. nothing beats a turn 1 deck summoning an 8k attack synchro monster with powerful banishing effect plus red reign trap that protects.
if your deck loses to skill drain you have to main deck an out. so many people not running twin twister or feather duster and just surrendering too a skill drain.
In the birb deck you should play tri brigade oath and double dragon lords you can have an end board that has Draco future, Kerass, double dragon lords, 4 material robin, apex avian and simorgh with a live oath in grave (spell/trap negate) very good for things like torrential tribute and dark ruler and droplet
It's the funniest thing. I been in between Necrovalley based deck but two different versions. One runs a Poly just in case I don't get the Shaman the other has extra protection of GK monsters + negating effects from the graveyard. Considering most of the Meta is summoning from the GY or hand, Necrovalley/Gravekeepers seems to be working (here and there). Currently Silver 3.
I hate watching my opponent do combos summons. The game is short but the rounds are long. I donât know if the game is lagging, or if heâs just going through all of those menus or both The opponent might just be reading every individual card for all I know
I never changed my deck using Dogma Myutants but damn, there's a difference between a good sky player to mediocre ones. A very skilled striker would always go second.
@@Kanra175 Set Cards and Sp Shizuku then pass?. They're really vulnerable going first espicially on high versatile decks that doesn't get stop on one negate.
@VOID You run floodgates like There Can Be Only One/Kaiser colosseum etc etc. I know alot of people say strikers should go second but from talking to many of the skilled players from the tcg, the consensus is that its better to play going first. Comes down to preference at the end of the day

In my sky striker deck I play Kaiser Colosseum so I wanted to go first to actually lock my opponent's combo immediately at turn 2. Also tried going second, got no hand traps against bird up and they have full combo, you can guess who won in turn 1 immediately
Have you considered 1 copy of metalfoes fusion? It was used in the tcg in combination with foolish burial goods you are already playing. Have it sit in GY to have 3 spells in GY then use its effecg to draw 1 when you have 4 or more spells
Iâm currently Plat 4 with using only Burning Abyss. Deck had about a 90 percent win rate in silver/gold but has dropped to about 65 in platinum. I get Ashâd and Maxx Câd so often I just get stalled and lose. I hope a TCG format gets added ASAP.
I also use lyrilucs tri-brigade till plat, and another one with zoodiac. Sky striker(still incomplete about 4-5 ur staples), dragonmaid(its decent for just having fun in earliest rank), and today i build a invoked shaddoll dogmatika and oh my the decks sure have a lot of sr and ur... Sheesh

I managed to reach plat 1 with a synchron deck that just uses effect veilers and twin twisters plus a red nova dragon (and chaos ruler the magical dragon)
@@charbelkhoury7173 If we are talking about the tech cards I use are effect veilers (can use ash instead) and called by the grave Road synchron is a must but is a brick if you draw him (the reason for this is since junk speeder counts him as 4 star but on the field he is 2 meaning speeder can go straight to nova) 3 doppel warriors (if you speeder with a dopple warrior you can actually get out quaiser dragon very easily) Chaos ruler the magical ruler is a level 8 dark dragon synchro summon who can mill 5 cards from the top of your deck but add one dark or light type to your hand (also can come back by banishing 1 light and dark type from your graveyard) this ability allows you to get quilbolts and jet synchrons in the grave very easily 3 junk converters are a must even if itâs effect gets negated you still get it in the graveyard for junk synchron (also can get a jet synchron in there as well) Red dragon archfiend abyss (turn chaos ruler into this if you hit a jet synchron in the grave) If you use steam synchron (just one) you can synchro summon on the enemyâs turn letting you do some werid stuff (like summoning star eater or hot red dragon king calamity on the opponents turn) which means they canât activate effects (this can win you games turn one) QuickDraw synchron can be skipped Red reign is essentially red novas effects but on both sides of the board and comes back from the grave every time you synchro summon a dark dragon Small tip run two of everything you donât really want to draw, run 3 of everything you do want to draw, run 1 of stuff you donât want to ever see in your hand The deck really likes to go first so much that going second can sometimes just make you lose so I would run some dark rulers no more so you can actually play if you go second and you do need a lot of twin twisters (and even a harpie feather duster) to compete against the golden zombie lord of skill drain (but you could just not run them make the deck more consistent and prey you get to go first every game) One other thing you can do is run (3) psi-reflector and a (1) assault beast (with 1 assault mode activate) so you can run (2) emergency teleport for another special summon (you can go straight into a level 8 synchro summon with this, however it does put 2 more brick cards in the deck) Downside about synchrons is they have a lot of bricks (around 4-7 depending how you build your deck) so going for around 45-50 cards total isnât a bad idea since it makes it less likely you do brick but also brings you further away from your best combos
Altergeist is also a good option. It's fun to play, cheap (the entire deck core is SR or less, with the exception of the one Multifaker) and you don't need an extra deck (I would just use 15 random cards to use as fodder for Pot of Extravagance). It's also apparently unfamiliar to a significant portion of the playerbase. I've had countless people Ash my Multifaker with Protocol out.

I went to plat 1 with dragonmaids. Toughest match ups are floodgate decks (Why is skill drain at 3??? Might have to edit the deck to include more backrow removal but I wouldn't know what to remove even if I did have the material, I do have an idea of what to cut). Drytron is also a dumb deck to face. How can I ash, negate and pop a card but drytron still have plays. Not only that they always have the answer to Maxx C when I have it. Other than those two decks I didn't really have any trouble climbing if I don't brick or play poorly. If I play poorly then might as well scoop but saying that I only lost 1 or 2 games recently from misplaying

The core of the deck is: 3 Hospitality 2 or 3 Tidying 1 Changeover 3 Parlor 3 Chamber 2 or 1 kitchen 1 nurse 3 House (minimum 2 House, cause you need it to have the negate live). 3 Sheou (minimum 1 sheou, I run 2 cause I didn't want to craft the 3rd one). The rest of the deck are tech cards/staples like Maxx C and Ash Blossom
@@-Draika- if you still want I can drop my list here as I have been making changes and I feel that this new revision is better. Only issue with it is that its pretty costly so if you are going to invest in this version of the dragonmaid deck you may need to use F2P alternatives

i raced to plat 1 with a go 2nd sky striker numeron deck with protos. only archtype i never won against is Utopia Dragner spam (king's knight utopia and onomat utopia) platinum honestly feels like silver. hope they add more ranks.
Bro thats wild that D/D/D was the deck that you used DRNM for because they can legit negate Ruler or Droplet with Siegfried by chaining one of their traps that's searchable in the regular combos. Man just did have it like that I guess. I love that deck though, it's so fun (albeit mediocre)

Used sky striker to go to plat 1. Be careful if you are already in plat 1 and doing daily . Regardless if it's lose streak or not , you will derank ( dunno if already fixed or not )
The DDD player is an absolute disgrace to DDD He didn't know how to order his summons more how to use cross sheep this guy missed 3 more monsters and at least 2 more disruptions

You don't have to play link but you'll be at a disadvantage against some decks. Learn the game and you'll be much happier, links are pretty easier to understand now that it's not master rule 4 rules.
Eldlich is very strong i've faced both these decks and won 80% i would say i only lost to sky strikers twice so far skill drain and the one trap that negates spells is so broken against them its to broken

If you enjoy combo deck I would recommend building a hero deck.
It is expensive but I build it f2p and had a lot of fun hitting plat 1.

Bro thats wild that D/D/D was the deck that you used DRNM for because they can legit negate Ruler or Droplet with Siegfried by chaining one of their traps that's searchable in the regular combos.

idk I Play Rikkas but i never lost with this deck even though its pretty strong. I literally always tribute the link monsters and they cant do anything.

You don't have to play link but you'll be at a disadvantage against some decks. Learn the game and you'll be much happier, links are pretty easier to understand now that it's not master rule 4 rules.

Eldlich is very strong i've faced both these decks and won 80% i would say i only lost to sky strikers twice so far skill drain and the one trap that negates spells is so broken against them its to broken
