Ummm... refreír significa 'to cook again' and refrito significa 'cooked again/twice cooked'. For refried beans you have to cook the beans once to soften them/cook normally. After they're cooked, you cook them again and mash them with whatever you wanna add (e.g. onions, salsa, tomatoes..). Don't believe everything you read. Don't believe what I say either if you don't want....look it up yourself.
