I needed this letter to proceed with my visa last year when I had two admissions in economics and international business..... Any avenue for such letter provision... Because using the block account this year too will be a challenge
Can the host who did the letter of obligation changed or transferred to another person after getting the visa and have not traveled to Germany yet? If not what about after getting there?

There is a different between the two. I think 🤔 a blue card hold might be able to do it for you. He just has to try. After all there is no harm in trying.

Hi, my formal obligation letter was sent to me via post but it’s delayed and I’m yet to receive it. My interview date is approaching and all I have is the emailed version of the Verpflichtungserklarung. Can I print and send it to the interview? The tracking of the original document has ended which means it’s probably missing and won’t make it to Ghana.
All documents sent to the embassy must be the original and two copies each as stated on their embassy. So if you take an emailed printed one you do that at your own risk
I know usually you dont have to go with a blcked account. But in some cases people with scholarship from Ghana are asked to come with blocked account. But i think in must cases you dont. but at the end it is the embassy that will decide

Hello *You send only the letter *The process shouldn’t be more than a month. But if you know you will use formal Obligation inform the person early. Because getting appointment at immigration office here in Germany can be a lil stressful esp in this corona times. * And no you can’t scan it. It should be the original copy.

Kindly also check Arden University berlin for me... I learnt their refund issues is bad if you're being denied a visa
