Given the time line and the placement of Ganondorf and Ganon within that time line there are Ganondorfs and Ganons who are more powerful than others.
TP "Ganondorf" is arguably the most powerful, while TP "Ganon" is the weakest. However, LBW Ganon is the most powerful while OoT Ganondorf is the weakest.
To be fair, Zelda doesn't get captured by Ganon this time around. It's actually sort of the other way around.

Link x Mipha is canon and probably the best pairing/makes the most sense in BOTW, Zelda x Link has never really had any canonical support in any Zelda title as far as i know, only their bloodlines being bound by destiny is what keeps them together, not love. Link x Zora princesses, or hell even Link x Midna makes more sense.

This still doesn't even cover it all, there are so many characters that comment on and compliment Link's looks, it's brilliant. And I love the Robbie one, when I got to that point I thought "Well of course, I should've know at some point this game would actually require Link to strip as a solution". All of it lends to how they designed this Link to be a little more androgynous compared to his past incarnations, hence why he makes for cute vai lol XD
