I have some turkeys and the feed cost is expensive as everyone knows. I've been searching the Internet for A good low cost feed mix that I can mix my self. All I can find is information on chicken mixes. Maybe you could even do a video or explain the differences between Turkey and chicken feed. 😉
I ve 5 turkey.. I feed them with azolla/freshwater grass.. And some fish flour with corn. May be ill think more hard if i ve a turkey farm.. Haha i hope it
I was asking everyone on every video related to turkeys about feeding them with Duckweed or Azolla. What is fish flour? Can we boil corn and soya and then feed them to them? As Turkeys have a gizzard to digest food, boiled food would be easy to digest and they can absorb more nutrients from the food, can we do that? how do you calculate the cost, feed to meet ratio? how much feed goes into a Turkey from chick to an adult?
