LAST OPTION : kuch RTO aise hote hai jo remote area me hote hai. Like Bda city ya district na ho wha pr jo rto rehta hai unke pass manual track rehte hai. To aap wha jakr kisi agent ko paise khilakr bnva sakti hai. Licence all over India me valid rehta hai. To delhi me aisa koi RTO dhund lo aap.
Awesome Driving & Parking Skills. The driver doesn't appear to be like a Learner. However in reality, you may have to unlearn some of these skills and adopt to practical ways, as these are very methodically text book oriented, it is my opinion. Practically while parking, you don't have to turn the car this much angle, as they may not be this much of space. But I'm sure this driver will be able to do that as well very easily ! Great Job.
In Germany one friend of mine failed his test 8 times. once because he was 2 cm over the mandated distance to be maintained between cars while driving.
Reality: Private driving schools making it look like easy by training them on a dummy ground. They may bribe and get them pass test but think about the real road driving. They should also be trained on real road conditions, traffic and highways. Not sure this training institute does or not

90 Second is for H Track-Reverse Parking only which is maximum time, S-track 50 Sec. Rest all tracks 45 Sec which is next to impossible! Govt. Created 1 more ground for corruption & collecion, i can bet Nitin Gadkari also not pass!
