After trauma, that was so horrible my life as I knew it will be gone forever. I had 2 suicide attempts in September of 2023. I was homeless with no money for food or water at age 55. I am still struggling each day trying to find my purpose in life. The welcoming of being wrapped in unconditional love just like my life was before the trauma was all surreal ❤ I would like to thank you for taking me to such a wonderful, happy place. It was beautiful, loving, and supportive for me!!!

Having a workout ad come in during a meditation is really disrespecting the practice. Great meditation is how I start my mornings and it's irritating having a CZcams ad popping up during. They can interrupt so many other videos but meditations must be left alone!
I have tried all my life to meditate and never felt like I was doing it right.
Until right now. I don't know how to explain what just occurred within me but I felt so scared, raw, hurt, opened, then love, pure some thing I don't have a name for, more like life, energy, come over me and I sobbed for I don't know how long in waves. It was like a blood transfusion of my spirit and now I feel wrung out and cleansed. It was like I was turned inside out, in an overwhelming way. I'm sure I sound crazy. I think my soul my have just healed.

I began listening to this on the floor of my apartment, petting my fur-child when all of a sudden I felt an urge. My lower bowels finally began moving the way I needed them to. Suffice to say, I’m now on the toilet relaxing myself to poop. Thank you.

Growing up I was made to feel like a burden and unwanted etc. over the years I began to believe those things and felt like a mistake in the world. Today I don’t know how to explain it, when you called me a miracle and a gift, I didn’t just hear it….I felt it❤ I truly felt it❤ thank you so much for being a part of my journey on a path to healing!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
