After doing this for like 5 minutes i was literally sweating and winded. After doing it for like 5 hours total over a few days i could sort of do it but not quite as fluid and now after doing it like 15 hours total its still surprisingly amazing cardio and i think mine looks sort of comparable i fkn did it at a dance this last friday night and people were so impressed i was overjoyed so thank you
