please can you show us the schools, shops malls and other places at this katampe extension and more of this estate beautiful houses thanks again.
The area us resudential, so there are shops in nearby areas ( 5-10 minutes drive) , but not in Katampe Extension itself. It's a dedicated residential area.

I have a curious question to ask. Why don't a lot of African countries build their cities like this?
I noticed infrastructure's are made for the suburbs, which makes sense.
But what doesn't make sense to me is the fact that a lot of their cities do have 2 stories. Buildings. So why not build these 2 or 3 story buildings like this in the cities? I feel like Kenya has the hang of it. Even ghanas had it pretty well done when it comes down to infrastructure.
But to be honest with you, I think South Africa has the best infrastructure in Africa.
And what I found so strange is the fact that Africans are extremely creative. So I'm not sure why they built their cities to look attractive.
The point of making a city is to have it look Statically Please. So you could get more visitors like Kenya and South Africa.
The way things are going now. You guys might be well.build a city. Suburb half suburb half city.
Abuja has a city/business district which is also well planned. Lagos too is city with tall buildings, metro system and modern infrastructure 🤨 your comment makes no sense
I've been watching all these videos about the beautiful and luxurious places in Abuja and what baffles me is the lack of sidewalks. The places are really beautiful but is it that in residential areas there is no sidewalk?
There are walkways in this particular video , Abuja really paid attention to walkways
