no need to use iCal or google calendar if you only need these two, for more than two I suggest using an external calendar... if you want the best speed use a channel manager. - Jak na to + styl

Can you do a tutorian on how to use a channel manager
Hi. Ask your help. I sync my airbnb calendar with my Google calendar. The issue is that i own 4 properties and all are showned with the same title, as (reserved) instead of the (property name). They look all the same only colour change.
Can you help me?

Hi can you recommend some Budget friendly Channel managers? For a small guesthouse business with 9 rooms, it’s starting to get difficult to handle the calendar manually…

IMPORTANT: the video says, it may take up to 10 minutes to sync. In my experience it may takes up to several hours until it syncs. And yes, sometimes, it doesn't sync some bookings at all or with incorrect dates for totally unknown reasons. All that happened to me already unfortunately on both sites - airbnb and booking, but way more often on booking. It's a mess that they are not able to implement a reliably working sync service. In my opinion, they should either make it work or not offer it at all. I've told them multiple times already, but they are super ignorant. I've lost quite some time and money because of that, as airbnb and booking will invoice the extra costs for getting the double booking into another accomodation unmercifully to you as the host, even if it's not your fault but because of their faulty sync service. Theoretically, there is no need of a channel manager, but practically, there is.

Availability Only... you need more advance software for more advance syncing

Please help me out with Airbin if some has reserved 1 seats in 15 bed then why others has not able to book in 14 seats . Calender is showing that their is No Availiblity whereas i have 14bunkbeds vaccant
I’m not sure of your situation, but it seems that you need to have 15different listings not 15beds in one listing
How do I avoid fake bookings if they do it at a convenient time in the city
what do you define as a fake booking? People who do not pay, who cancel within the allowed timeframe for a full refund, or something else?

Does the google calendar automatically sync as bookings are confirmed ?
I don't mention google calandar in this video, but yes if you were to paste a link into google cal, it would link push all the reservations there... however not always instantly, sometimes 10min or more can pass before it gets updated.

It really depends on what you need... I found "guesty" to offer one of the best services, but they are geared towards big hotels and multiple apartments....
