After reading several bios of Marlon Brando many years ago he really did mess over Anna Kashfi so that she was never the same the rest of her life . She is so serene here but with Brando she became a wild cat ! A true love-hate relationship . Ironically Glenn Ford worked in separate movies with both Anna Kashfi and Brando .
What a pretty woman! What a talented actor but certainly a deeply conflicted and troubled man! Marlon's best friend George Eungland says that I wonder if Anna had a normal life without drugs and alochohal, had she never met Marlon. He wasn't interested in being a good father, he just liked to possess and own people. His life long assistant Alice Marchak, very fond of Marlon, says that he was very abusive towards Christian. Once Anna tried to take Christian away to india but Marlon stopped. I think he would have been a mega star there certainly not a murder under his father.
