Free Chicken Feed - Community Pumpkins and Squash

This fall, we saved money on over 50 pounds of feed by feeding our chickens leftover pumpkins and squash collected from our community. Thanks to our local community, we were able to give our backyard chickens a treat while also saving money. Determining how much money you can save is as easy as weighing your pumpkins. Their weight is the amount of feed you save.
