Sounds like Bert from Mary Poppins has given up chimney sweeping and become a car mechanic 😅

07-05-24 Listening, from a very humid Southern Ontario, Canada, 43* N. Am enjoying hearing a number of stories with Roberta Maxwell , and Paul Hecht and Ian Martin are two of the many and varied characters of what seemed to be from the backbone of the CBSRMT’s stories themselves. I really enjoyed listening to this one tonight, and have already re-listened to some of those because they were so enjoyable. Recently, these stories are doing their job too well, (or perhaps it’s the weather) as I fall asleep before I hit my comment button. I wake two or three hours later, see my bright blue comment button - and finally select it. Saw an article earlier announcing that Furnace Creek, in Arizona or Nevada, was suppose to break its already highest temperature record (of recorded time) in the 50’s. I’m sure it must have by now. Interesting story tonight, as usual, and I did enjoy it ! Hope everyone sleeps comfortably tonight, and has pleasant dreams (not crazy ones about hexes or other scary ones) - sleep well, friends! Patiently waited for all my herbs to flower and ripen, so I could make a tasty cold potato salad with them, and tomorrow is the day, along with simple hamburgers on the grill. Hope every one enjoys their day tomorrow ! A thank you to Sir Edge for another good story! 🙏❤🫠
