Your camera movement is too fast. I am a cameraman/cinematographer. In technical language we call it panning when the camera moves left to right. When you are panning left to right you need to move it very slowly. Dont you see the blurry picture when you are editing? Most people make this mistake, because the naked eye does not see it in a blur when it moves left to right at high speed, but these cameras have low pixels and frame rates.
