Don't think about infrastructure, big buildings doesn't mean good education, college life etc.
Being a GMCK student who is from saharanpur , I would suggest you go for saharanpur

Marks do not decide level of study .....if you're going to join any college, please drop this mindset, it's not healthy.

1st Attempt- 496 Marks (Self study)
2nd Attempt- 609 Marks but still no selection due to category (PW Crash course)
3rd Attempt- 703 Marks (PW YAKEEN 2.0)
Agar mai SC/ST hota to shayad itne attempt na Dene hote isliye Mark's matter karte hai...
Mai is bat se sahmat hu ki mere SC/ST bhai- bahan bhi km Hard worker nhi hai I'm completely against castism......
