Nice video, the problem I'm having is when I push on the bumber it flexes some and that play, causes the headlights to shake over bumpy roads which is so annoying to see the light bouncing with the roads surface, the headlights and bulbs are as tight as they can be,if I face a wall with the lights on and push on the front end,the headlight beam moves as well, does this sound like a major repair?

It doesnt matter how "banged up" a body panel is, a true bodyman would never rip anything off of a car thats being repaired. There are bolts and fasteners going into good or salvageable panels, and you probably just did more damage than necessary. A true bodyman would still take great care removing even throw away parts. You never know what you might need.
