There have been parts of my life where I was recognized for good work that I felt I didn't deserve, but also parts where I worked extra hard that deserved acknowledgement and never got it. Because of a mindset similar to what Melissa is saying, I am able to accept everything that comes at me knowing that many things can balance out eventually. Much better for my mental health!
Although I love Sheryl Lee Ralph as Barbara and Janelle James as Ava, for me Lisa Anne Walter as Melissa Schementi was the true MVP in season 2! I’m rooting and hoping that Lisa would win an Emmy this year because she really knocked it out of the park with her performance in Abbott Elementary!
