Not all platforms accept it.

Well this is something you can talk to customer service via the app. Someone had the same issue a few months back. And that's what he did.
Please I printed mine from the app but I got only the front side of my NIN, how can I get or print it out with both the front and back side with my details on each side because I need it for a verification and I can't submit a blank back side of my id card
The back doesn't have any details, just a disclaimer.

I'm guessing they stopped making them that way cause it's not really useful.

Actually it isn't, because some people may want to use it for fraudulent activities. If you know someone that you can trust, then fine. But if you don't trust, ask them to delete even from the recycle bin.

If they print cards there then yes.

When I input my NIN number, they don't send to me my OTP
