  • Hello friends, this new video is on the full build of a powerful chopper bike.
In this video, there is a full build of bike and also test ride is included. I have made this bike with various tools and machines. I have used 6.5 HP, 250cc engine which can attain upto 7000rpm. chassis is made up of 3 by 1.5 inches square tubing which very durable and hard. the chassis can hold upto 60,000 psi pressure. length of this bike is 8feet and 6inches and height is 5feet. Fuel tank and mud guards are made of 1mm thin mild steel sheets. silencer is made by using 1inch round pipe with 2inch muffler. led light is fixed in the front. full bike is painted with metallic High-gloss paint with three coats including primer, base and clear. This bike has many features - Top speed of this bike is 110km per hour and it can catch up to 115km per hour at constant acceleration. The average fuel consumption of this bike is 55km per litre. the bike has pick up of 0 to 50km per hour in 10 seconds. this bike has larger rake angle which makes it more stable on straight roads. It has self-start system and smooth controls. A very comfortable ride is achieved while riding this bike.
I hope you all will enjoy watching this video. Please support me friends and share this video to others also.
