I’ve never felt so emotional after watching this video. What got to me and what broke me down in tears was “ he who looks to the future for his final perfection is chained to his past and can never get free” literally mentally destroyed me. From July 4th 2019 through March 14th 2020 I was deployed to Afghanistan. And my one goal was to get in shape. And every night while I was deployed I was constantly going to the gym for 2 hours and just pushing my limits to become some unstoppable force and it was paying off because my leadership chose me and another one of my fellow soldiers to go run missions with special forces, 1st group team 12-34 and it was amazing. All ever wanted was to do something useful in my life. I got to engage the enemy and I felt like a true warrior. I knew this hard work would pay off when I would just constantly train my mind and body. I got to the states March 15 2020 and the lockdown and self quarantine just began. All the gyms were closed and I started to get lazy because 9 months of Afghanistan put a toll on me. I got lazy and fatter as each day passes and then I got out the Army July 28th 2020 because I completed my time in service and I saw that there was no point of working out anymore and I just got fatter as each day passes and depressed because not all my friends made it back home alive and some of my friends lost the war within. Just 3 days ago I saw myself in the mirror and I was grossed out of what I become. And then I began to work out again and I never felt so weak in my life physically and mentally. I remember warming up on the bench press was 225lbs and now I can barely do 135lbs. But after listening to this video I feel like that there is still hope for me to transform once again. I was too busy glorifying my past but forgot the present day. I’m glad I found this video and know I can transform myself once again.
If you change once you can change again. It’s never to late to start over , this is your life you are the creator of your own destiny. Do you wanna be the main character of your movie(life) or u just wanna be standby and watch time pass u by...everything that can be lost can also be found again besides time ...Get to it brotha I believe in you
I'm in the same boat as you dude. Firefighter here. Was in great shape during the academy. Fell to a depression during quarantine. Now I'm coming back. Never give up. Everyday we work toward our goals, is a day closer. Life is a journey, not a destination. Good luck and kick ass!
I feel this bro. I had a very similar experience when I was deployed in 2018. When I got back I injured my back doing deadlifts, then the gyms shut down right as I was getting back into things, it was rough but my girlfriend was a tremendous help. In 2021 I got out of the military and I was struggling to find my path in life. I went back to school and my body was getting in the best shape ever. I realized that school might not be my true path and dropped out to try and pursue something else. I'm exploring Real Estate or contracting, then my girlfriend who had been my rock left me because "I kept lying about what I was going to do, and she needs a man who can support her" (disregarding she is a nurse who makes a lot and I never once was a financial drain on us) and this was 7 months after leaving the Air Force and trying to figure things out. It was a total gut punch but I just keep on moving forward. I'm planning on doing a bodybuilding show in 2022 and I moved back home to start school back up there. This time I'm doing it for myself though, not for anyone else and that fact alone makes me certain I am on the right path. Still plan on investing in Real Estate and not putting limits on what I can do. Stay strong brother! We can do it💪
You probably know but in case you didn't realise. You gained a lot of weight because you continued to eat like you were still working out hard and have an active stressful soldier life.

My absolute favorite channel on youtube! Beginning of 2018 I began working out from being in darkness & depression mainly to get back in shape & pull women after being used for 5 years. As time went on I got into deeper thoughts started to realize so many things. I realized I was my own issue & have been my whole life. I came across your anime motivation video back then few channels back. Power of the mind really stuck to me as I had realized shortly before watching the video it was true!. As time went on & I started reading certain books & my consciousness kept expanding & many people go against with what we realize. Recently it seems as a coincidence as certain thoughts pop in my mind, you upload videos regarding the same message. With the videos you upload I am interested in your spirit!!! It seems as you keep posting videos right when I have the same thoughts! The videos you post are what so many people need!
