Thanks for the informative content. Glad you had a positive outcome and yet, you didn't actually need a rhinoplasty in the first place because you were already handsome and your previous nose really suited you. This new nose also suits you, it sharpens your aesthetic while your original nose was cuter.
I haven't watched it all but I hope you included a disclaimer that anyone thinking of plastic surgery should have counselling beforehand to see if they have body dysmorphia disorder coz if they do, they're unlikely to feel satisfied with any plastic surgery.
Heal the mind and insecurities before pursuing permanent body modifications.

Thank you for the compliment! That’s correct. In every patient we encounter, we do assess if they are fit for the procedure because body dysmorphia is on the top of the list of a red flag in patients. It doesn't matter how good the surgeon thinks the outcome is, they will still be dissatisfied. indications of a patient with body dysmorphia are multiple surgical revisions and/or unrealistic expectations.
I never thought that a medical doctor will go for plastic surgery 😮😮😮.

Hi Doc! You mentioned facial harmonization... I feel like that's the word I've been looking for all these times. Will that be part of the things that will be discussed in the consultation as well? I've been contemplating on getting a rhino but I feel like di lang yun and kelangan iaddress sa features ko when it comes to achieving facial harmonization
Yes. Assessing the entire facial structure is a must during consultation. Puedeng mag lag ang ibang facial features after rhinoplasty, tulad ng chin, forehead or cheeks

Nice nose sir. Just a few questions, can you still do contact sports? How about diving or any water-related sports, is it still possible to do those things, and if so how long is the duration?
Thanks sir! You can resume contact sports 6-18 months but take extra care not to hit the nose. Boxing, MMA is not advisable after rhinoplasty

Looks good overall. But it appears that the ala on the right from our point of view (the one in the shadow) is a bit larger than the one on the left (in the light). Not sure if that is merely the effect of the lighting or if it really is that way.

Yes, you're right. there’s a slight difference between the alars. It was more emphasized because I'm looking sideways on the cam and the lighting on one side is strong. If you click pause and click 7:30 you can appreciate the full front view. But i'm okay with with it because I understand that it’s really hard to perfect symmetry in rhinoplasty. Looking at the brighter side, because of it's imperfection, it makes it look natural. In the end, what matters to me is my current nose has improved a lot compared before and I'm very satisfied 🙌🏻

Doc, I had rhinoplasty in Korea using rib cartilage but still not satisfied with the projection although it looks very natural but I want it more masculine. Would u suggest a revision rhinoplasty especially mine is rib cartilage?
If you really want to, you can. revision rhinoplasty will cost more than a primary rhino. And it will also depends on the next surgeon if he is willing to remove the rib cartilage.

Hi! It really depends on the facial structure of the patient. Individualized ang thickness ng implant to create facial harmonization 😊

If infection occurs then your nose becomes worst than before
That’s true especially in the first months of healing. But that can be prevented by following proper post-op care and prophylactic antibiotics.
In life long after 5 years or 15 years their is a chances of infection due to blood flow near the implant and many other things

Infection is always a risk patient’s have to take if they want to enhance their appearance surgically. But it’s preventable and can be minimized inta and post op.

It looks asymmetrical dahil im not facing straight sa camera.
And we cosmetic surgeons cannot guarantee a perfect outcome. Kahit experienced na ang surgeon, mahirap parin ma-achieve ang perfect symmetry sa lahat ng patients 😊

Doc, will you recommend a deep plane facelift? does it really help in reducing the acne scars?
If you want to address acne scars, subcision is the key. Too much na ang deep plane facelift.😅 Unless >50yo na and with sagging jowls and neck.

quick questions coz i'm very curious all this time. can you pick your nose after it was healed? can you rub your nose normally? does it feel stiff when you press the tip of your nose? does it improve breathing quality?(like more clearer and spacious when taking breathe?) does it affect your smelling sense during and after recovery?
Yes you can still pick your nose. You want to avoid rubbing vigorously especially on the first 1-2 years after rhinoplasty. As you can see in 9:16, it doesnt feel stiff. Breathing is normal but there are risks for septal deviation than can partially block the airway. It won’t affect your sense of smell

Doc, thank you for posting your experience. I had Hiko November 2023. I’m really not satisfied. I want to do rhinoplasty surgery now. Should I wait? Is there fibrosis developing already after my Hiko thread last year? How much is the chin transplant? I want to do the surgery and implant with the same doctors you’ve suggested. I want to plan ahead so I can take off work and use Aegle as well to heal faster. Thank you🙏
You can proceed with rhinoplasty. It’s easier to remove the threads if it hasnt dissolved yet. Chin implant can range from 40-60k, Open structural rhinoplasty using goretex can range from 100-180k depende sa nose and sa PF ng surgeon 😊

Open structural rhinoplasty using goretex can range from 100-200k depending on the nose structure and surgeon’s PF. The investment of Hyperbaric chamber is 8k per session. 20% off if 5 sessions
Very good result. I got the money to do it, but no way to go through those painful days/ weeks
The pain is negligible but the swelling and bruising is evident esp on the first 2 weeks 😊
