Neil Zaza- "Turn the World Around" Live in Celano, Italy!

I’ve got something really special for Melodik Monday this week!
In March 2015, we filmed a show at a theater in Celano (AQ), Italy only for it to ultimately get lost on a hard drive until it was recently found. That tour featured songs from the then recently released Peach album and I have one of those very songs for you today that fits perfectly into what Melodik Monday is all about.
“Turn the World Around” was one of my favorite songs to play on that tour and as I seem to say constantly, a song that I need to add back into the live set. 😂
I also excited to release this new found video to you as it features my long time and highly esteemed brothers Walter Cerasani on the bass and Enrico Cianciusi on drums. Like a fine wine, these gents get better the more years we play together! I’m leaving in a couple weeks to join them in another Europe romp and hope to see you at the show if you’re in the area.

Probably my favorite since I’m Alright. Such a soulful sounding song. Reminds me of something you’d hear in a piano jazz bar. A perfect balance of sadness with hope. The song really really exemplified for me what kind of distinct tonal differences and feels you can get with a simple pickup selector. Love it and glad to finally see it live so I can start practicing!
