My sister has this same model house. She lives in Ft. Worth. Its a beautiful home. She happened to buy the actual model home with a ton of upgrades when the contract fell through that somone else had on this house. Its very spacious.
Sometimes I just do not understand builders/designers. You have nearly 4,000 sq.ft. to work with, and the bedrooms finish as small as these?
Agreed! Very small rooms given the size of the house
They really didn't embrace "everything's bigger in Texas"
This reminds me so much of the house I just moved out of 5 years ago 🥰😍😍😍VERY STUNNING 👍😃the master bedroom is a little plain and so was the master bath. The master closet was smaller too. But the house is also a but smaller 😆 same acreage 👍👍😃😃😃🌹❤❤❤

Hi Bella. It is really a good bargain for the house and huge lot. Lots of elbow room to roam around and enjoy the country feel and away from the city noise, yet a short commute to major cities like Plano, Allen, McKinney, and Dallas.

Beautiful home, but it needs a double door entry into the home. The single entry door looks out of place.

Gorgeous home but the builder didn’t really think about the placement of the double oven. You’d have to place everything in and take everything out at an angle.
beautiful but seems like the upstairs bedrooms look small long & narrow wish you'd show size of all the bedrooms the theater room should be downstairs and great room waste of space upstairs

Can people put up a fence if they want to? Or not? Thank you so much for your videos and have a blessed afternoon!
Hi YoLy. Typically, the builders don't put up fences on homes with acreage, but you can certainly put it up if you want to, but you have to check with your homeowners association (HOA) to make it sure it meets all the requirements.

It actually happened quite often because of the wind, however.....
There were a few instances that I had to run out of the house because something weird happened.
In 2009, I viewed a foreclosure property that was in terrible/horrible shape as an investment property. It was around 6PM in December. The house had no electricity, and I didn't bring a flashlight because I was driving my wife's car. I wanted to view it first and hopefully pick it up before other investors do. As I stepped into the house, I felt the chill and got goosebumps but didn't think much of it. The weather that day was cloudy and the temperature was around 65 degrees F. I had a light wind jacket on. As I progressed to the back of the house and into the master's bedroom, I saw a well-defined shadow of a female in the corner of the room near where the headboard used to be. I turned around and ran straight out. As I run towards the front, I hear the door slammed really hard but didn't know which room or closet it was. Luckily the front door was still open, and I made it to my car. I think there was a drop of tear in my eyes that evening.
I have a few other spooky experiences/encounters during my walkthrough but I hate to scare off my viewers on this channel.

Dallas Homes For Sale I would love to hear more of the story’s because most people don’t tell you about other experiences in the house. My family doesn’t really take that into consideration when buying a house. That seems really scary and the lady clearly didn’t want you in her house 😂

Maybe it's me but this place this home looks rather basic for the money so you're paying for square footage and you're paying for acreage because none of the finishes look outstanding very simple very basic disappointing but somebody will be impressed and buy it
