Amazing night… among others… Brian May, Albert Lee, Jeff, Sunk Baxter, Ronnie Wood, Tommy Emmanuel, Van Morrison, Steve Wariner, Jason Scheff, Arielle, John Oates, Mickey Dolenz, Tommy Sims, Toby Lee… all backed by the Leo Green band (who are totally brilliant!) I also noticed hidden at the back of the stage, John Bohlinger (of Rig Rundown fame) playing pedal steel! And of course… James Burton himself… unbelievable gig, went on for hours… I think the audience would have stayed all night!
Off the chart show..3hrs 45 mins less a 20 minute break..sublime.Having spoken to the guys on the mixing desk the filming and recording are for commercial release...going to a nightmare trying to edit this one down in length!
I love Ronnie's playing. He's never up there trying hard to be a "guitar god", he plays for the song as a member of the band, and he plays his butt off. He's one of my all-time favorite rock 'n' roll guitarists.
Nice, & although I like Ronny Wood in the Stones, He is a bit outclassed here With James Burton Plus it looks a lot like "Skunk Baxter" on the Strat, ( If you don't know who he is look him up)
GREAT group elvis is smiling. PEACE
Carl too
Boppin' the Blues, too!
Wundervolles Concert....Danke....auch Ronnie variiert wieder genial dabei...toller Rock'n Roll...

Fine performance! Van the Man always manages to put together a fine band. Really good guitar playing bu James Burton & Ronnie Wood.

@@recordguy4321 Yes… he was a member of the Wrecking Crew and played on quite a few Monkees albums… as well as hundreds of other records

@Don Williams. Thanks for ID'ing those musicians. So many were there representing different ages.
I predict that, given enough time, the kids are really going to like this 'Rock and Roll Music'.
Great stuff. Thanks
Ron Wood is such an under appreciated talent. Wow!
Ronnie is up there with anyone in my book and he has basically played with everyone in rock 🎸
@@ronward-strangemachine yea, if you need a pro that can be up to speed playing with any artist - you can’t pick much better than Ron Wood
@@chipman83815 agree he seems to be the glue
James Burton the man 🎼
@@paulbuxton1326 he’s an unworldly talent 👍
Glad this is up there. Soo good to see JB back in action on the Telecaster!
Living legends.😎. at the moment...😕... enjoy folks...🤓✌

Fantastic! But correctly: 1. Boppin' the Blues, then Blue Suede Shoes!

Is that Skunk Baxter stage left with James Burton???
How many songs did Van do?
and SKUNK
Ron Wood is one of the most underrated musicians ever!
You're joking, aren't you? You clearly don't know Ronnie's history. Or that nobody refers to him as Ron
@@willcambeul6172Ronald Wood
Anthology!!!!!!!
No vol on van's mic
getting hungry for some live Ronnie with the Stones but go for broke like this.....we need a new more interesting version of JJ Flash.
Hope someone adds some insight, as to who all the musicians are.
Boppin' The Blues not Blue Suede Shoes
The first song of the medley is Boppin' the Blues, also written by rockabilly pioneer Carl Perkins.
Grande Ronnie
