    I don't understand why there is so much negativity in this comment section. First of all, no food is bad food. As long as the sick kids or the sick family members are willing to eat, then they can eat any food at any time of the day. Having healthy food is good but what's more important is that we have to enjoy the food that we eat. Eating greens at night is not bad. It won't spoil your health. There are more other ways to ruin your health. People argue of eating a vegetable at night and that too once in a while. Also pressure cooked rice is not bad. She has mentioned in many videos that she drains out the rice water. Not many people can be at their best everyday. It is ok. It doesn't mean they are doing something bad. Appreciate the fact that she is taking care of her family, doing her business and even cooking and doing household chores. It is not easy for anyone especially for moms. Also for people saying bad things about her way of speaking or when she is mentioning a recipe you didn't know about, get a life. She is sharing her knowledge of things. If you want to know, watch the video. Or else, don't. Don't pathetically compare your lives and try to bring someone down.

    Madam I appreciate your work and highly respect you for all the efforts you put in. However, I had a few suggestions for you. Hope you take it in the right spirit.
    Firstly green vegetables should not be eaten at night.
    Secondly when having a fever or just recovered you should always try and eat lighter foods like pongal, kanji, rasam sadam. Palak paneer and all is not good for the kids when they are sick because their immune system is weak and so function of digestive system also decreases. Take care.

      @@kaykay6776 simple pongal without adding too much ghee or cashew and not combining with heavy side dish, is lighter on stomach than eating paneer. This type of pongal is very similar to Gujarati khichdi which is eatenr very often during illness

      @@savithrigeetharaju1166 dal rice mostly people use tur dal but I specifically said pongal or Gujarati khichdi becasue both use moong dal which is lighter on stomach in comparison to tur dal
