I don't know this mod's units, but in Edain, the easy way to deal with ents is actually dunlending torch throwers :)

In BFME1 the only weakness to ents was their speed and fire, pikes do nothing, heroes other than saruman and gandalf only tickled them, similar to mumakil which were much more dangerous to field in bfme1 as well
