Ingredients
Dark Sweet Chocolate - 200 Gms (Buy: amzn.to/3ctv59F)
Wheat Bread - 4 Slices
Unsalted Butter - 100 Gms (Buy: amzn.to/2RlnDoP)
Boiled Milk - 1/2 Cup (Buy: amzn.to/2Gz9D4r)
Chopped Walnuts
To Make Custard Sauce
Vanilla Custard Powder - 1 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/38lgESN)
Boiled Milk - 1 Cup
Sugar - 3 Tsp
(Buy: amzn.to/38wnYus)
(Buy: amzn.to/2RWX48h)
Method:
1. Chop the chocolate and bread slices. Keep them aside.
2. To a saucepan, add butter and chocolate pieces.
3. Once the chocolate is melted, add the boiled milk and mix it.
4. To this add the bread pieces and chopped walnuts.
5. Mix until everything goes together.
6. Grease the ramkins and place the chocolate bread mixture in them.
7. Let them sit for about 1 hour to set.
8. In small bowl, dissolve vanilla custard in milk.
9. To a wide pan, pour the milk and heat it.
10. To this add sugar according to your required sweetness.
11. Once the sugar is dissolved, add the dissolved custard powder and whisk.
12. Once the milk thickens to a saucy consistency, turn off the stove.
13. For serving, place the chocolate pudding on a plate and pour the custard sauce around it.
14. You can add a small sprig of mint as garnish.
14. Chocolate bread pudding is ready to be devoured !!!

Chocolate n butter can be microwaved quickly for 2 mins instead of low flame cooking. It will save time. This pudding is excellent n easy.

I prefer using salted butter especially for sweets! It enhances the sweetness of dish ! Instead adding a pinch of salt we can use salted butter! 😊

Amul chocolate will be really bitter... Use a sweeting ingredient

@@anki0580 Sorry dint measure out properly. More of an intuitional thing, and I tasted the dark choc as it was melting, As I was adding sugar, when it wasn't tasting bitter and tasted like a brownie level sweetness, I stopped.
