Hi, I love your podcast! It's the first one by you that I've heard. I love your commentary on 75 Hard. I'm on day 6, and my thoughts are similar to yours. Thank you! :)
Best of luck to you, thanks for watching!
*Thanks so much for watching...It took me forever to get this video up...today is now day 56 for me! What are your thoughts on 75 Hard?!*
Wow Kristin, this is some accomplishment. Well done thus far! You really are looking great in this video too, can already see some differences in you. I had never heard of this challenge. I'd love to see a follow up video at the end.
Aww thanks Leanne...you're so sweet, thanks for watching, hope all is well!
I’m starting tomorrow and have been trying to plan it in a way that is challenging but still achievable for a busy mom. I love your approach, it’s very similar to what I’m going to do! It seems like everyone I watch is doing extreme workouts twice a day with really strict diets and I think that would set me up for failure or injury lol
Yes, that's absolutely how I felt too - good luck, I'm excited for you!
Thanks for sharing. I’m gonna mull this over in the back of my mind and check out the podcast and I’m thinking I’m gonna jump on it. I’m a planner as well and totally get your need to just do it comment. If I plan something too much I find my perfectionist personality kicks in and I don’t follow through. 😬🙁
Yes, absolutely, and sometimes I just lose interest that quickly too lol. You should definitely give it a shot!
I would love to do this but not sure my joints could handle 2 a days!! I ran 10 marathons and have some old injuries. I have had ADHD since I was a child. I was diagnosed in my mid 40's. As a single working mother of 4.... it's a struggle! I'd love to hear about your journey ❤
Cecilia, that makes sense...even with my walking for 45 mins every day I felt it in my knees (and I have no old injuries) maybe you'd just have to figure out what types of workouts wouldn't be too taxing for you - sorry to hear you're struggling too! I've been trying to figure out meds for over a year now and I still don't feel like it's made things easier. Hang in there, keeping 4 humans alive by yourself makes you a superhero 💕
Where did you go?
I have been wanting to try this for so long. The water, outdoor workout and progress pictures scare me!!
You should try it!!! It definitely scared me too hahahhah Plus, if you're in MS it's probably getting nice, right? So you could just make your outdoor workout a walk too if you wanted!
I've been doing a 8fit 12 minutes workout on You Tube for the past 9 months It's been a real game changer for me. Up at 3am to get it done because I start work at 5am. My energy and attitude have changed for the better ever since. I like you picked a workout that I liked. I'm going too look at the challenge your doing and maybe give it a try.
Oh wow, that's some serious commitment...good for you!!
