I have followed your steps on youtube for over a year, now yesterday I finally arrived to Seoul for my holiday and it feels surreal and dream like to be in this place. Everywhere I look I feel like I am stuck in a nice youtube video, walking with you, or I am in a dream, nothing feels real. I think you show the beauty of the city perfectly. I realise now that I have been in Seoul before, through your eyes.
I have said it a million times and I will say it a million more. The PRIDE that the Craftsman and the stonemasons put into building this is absolutely GORGEOUS. 😍😍😍

Hehe, I went twice last summer (daytime and nighttime). Roasted in the sun during the day, and had the most wonderful time at night! Very different experiences 😅 What a treasure to have this place right in the middle of the city! 🙂
Yes! My partner and I took a nighttime visit here last summer and it was so worth it - such pleasant colors, views, and history! But also amazing was all the local young folks, families, and community members that came out to enjoy it together. An example of city planning at its best! They've preserved some very important landmarks in Seoul 🙂

Nathan's video captures the ghostly essence of past lives - I can almost see lanterns bobbing through the air to light the way as people moved about the palace at night! As Korean, there are 5 old traditional palaces of Chosun period (as it called " Yi ' dynasty )in Seoul, Including this Kyungbok palace, nearby Changduk palace(* As it is called, "King's secret garden", Changkyung palace, and these two palace of Ducksoo palace , Kyunghee palace are some distance from Kyungbok palace.
