FOOLS! It is I Lord Dona'tor back once more after a thrilling TRG Colosseum 2019. Once again, my magnificent scheme to steal the lamp paid dividends for this year's colosseum! Maybe I was a bit too cunning and almost got struck down once and for all by Tim Skywalker.... That fool knows how to wield a lightsaber...
HOWEVER,
It was I, LORD DONA'TOR who got the last laugh! With my excellent knowledge from binge watching the excellent live show known as TRG Thrown Controllers, I was able to get the lamp back... I just left it there until the end for those $50 hex code donations. Now me and the lamp live happily ever after...
YOU WILL NOT SEE THE LAMP AGAIN...

(also Tom is an amazing actor. He really makes Lord Dona'tor look like a giddy little fanboy during Thrown Controllers and I love it so much)
My headcanon is that Lord Dona'tor uses the lamps to summon his moth army, but it costs too much to buy all those lamps, so he just steals them.
The moths in his army also go into your soul and force you to donate to direct relief.
It's so genuine sounding, his giddiness it actually makes me smile every time

Real talk. Lord Dona'tor became a sympathetic character this year. He was so happy being on Thrown Controllers, apologized for being rude to NCS, and we found out why he took the lamp at the end. He just wanted a friend to cheer him up when he went to bed.
He needed a night light/ cuddle buddy.
My favorite thing about Lord Dona'tor is that everyone knows that Tom is him, but the running gag is everyone denying it and having fun with it
Lord Dona'tor dramatically intoning "CHARTREUSE!" at 1:06 still makes me smile every time.
If there is one thing that continues to amaze me about the Colosseums, it is how much lore has been created just from a simple lamp and Tom wearing a bath robe!

PlatinumPikachu153 I love that both Tim and Devin have the same robe. I knew Tim did from a Christmas Tweet in reply to Tom, but seeing Devin walk in during Colosseum was something else...unless he borrowed Timâs. Theyâre not too far apart in terms of size.

At 0:46 the hex code 00CC00 is an obscure Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess reference
That code is the color of Link's green tunic in that game, which you can see for yourself afterwards if you want
So basically, after the developers used that code so many times, they decided to name one of the characters in their game after it. And that character was Ooccoo, which had the role of transporting the player back to the start of each dungeon whenever convenient
We learned a lot more about Lord Dona'tor this time! He hates pickles and towels, is a huge fan of Thrown Controllers, was conceived last year when Tom put on a bathrobe, and has some connection to the mysterious Benefactor!

You see, Lord Dona'tor has many powers, and decided to switch places with Tom in an instant, who was just coming out of the bathroom in his bath robe, which was coincidently the same brand of bathrobe. Then Tom ran cause he didn't want to be accused of being Lord Dona'tor.
Tom the Dona'tor was a Ken Penders character, so the Super Genesis Wave separated Tom and Lord Dona'tor into two separate beings. TwitchKappa
