I always love animes and mangas like this where there is fighting, but the main focus is on the outside of combat stuff like shop keeping or animal taming. For sure though, I love the cooking based fantasy ones simply because I love to see just how the writers adapt the concepts of fantasy creatures and monsters into cooking. Please don't stop covering this series, it really is turning out to be one of my favorites!
Like a slice of life fantasy adventures. Definitely need more of them where the focus is on the smaller things that makes up the fantasy world and day to day activity than the ultimate goal being to try skip them so you get to the big fights.

Why a video for only 1 episode? 14 minutes for a 23 minute episode seems excessive. Like, sure you saved like 5 minutes not including the intro and outtro, but why not just watch the episode. Sheeesh

Mc which zi assume to be the leader or so, zones out during a deadly combat that he knows they are unprepared for despite hism trying to raise morals outwards. And from what the scene just displayed, all he did was bark the orders to attack and a bit of motivational drive but that's pretty much it. Uh, yeah, no wonder they got absolutely destroyed by the dragon. Benefit of doubt since a lot has been still left out, that Mc is otherwise fairly reliable leader, so so. But yeah, still major goof with that fight. Makes the losses less impactful to me since Mc gave the impression of being the usual careless and carefree Mc or so that doesn't think much until something major really happens like party members dying, only then will they get some sense of seriousness. Granted I only watched a bit of it so I could also be wrong but yeah. Prolly will pass on the anime, given the premise.

If they didn't fight the dragon and went back it would have been a week long arduous journey to go back and resupply without food. He is possibly autistic (I'm serious) The team is great, but aside from his sister, marcille and chilchuck he never really got along with everyone else (possibly cause he's a literal autist) ... He is however, incredibly competent when it comes to the topic of monsters. Of which their entire profession delegates them facing on a daily basis.
