    The recruiting world needs to come up with a new contingent model. It’s fine when an employer hires someone. You win some and you lose some. However when they don’t hire the recruiters are working for free. Will a lawyer do that ? Will a CPA do that ? How about a doctor ? A contractor ? Etc etc
    We need to stop working for free. Work to try to win but working for no decision is not acceptable.
    Almost fifty percent of job postings are not going to be filled by anyone. Firms are doing it to look good.
