A nice and interesting video. I am also planning to make a speaker box with doogesound components. In this connection I would like to tellyou that I have purchased a pair of doogesound 2 way 12 db / octave crossover (DE100R-07) very recently. You may be used the same crossover for your speaker box. But unfortunately I did not find this crossover very good. Bass is Ok and the high frequency response is also ok but mid range is lacking. I have some crossovers of other make and these are giving good result. Doogesound crossovers are comparatively costly but sorry not upto my taste.
I will check with other models.

A simple Trick to Seal MDF - Use 50% Favicol glue & 50% water mix it well and apply on mdf before applying any kind of paint . & you will get super nice finishing
(( But Buying a Wood sealer is Recommended ))
Yes... Buy applying any water based thing on mdf is not advised.

In two way system crossover frequency is selected at the point where mids are also covered. Therefore need not to worry. Of course three way system will. Perform better.

I am seriously considering making these speakers. But in Floorstanders shape. One subwoofer, woofer and tweeter in to one enclosure.

mere pas toshiba 2sc5200/1943 wala 100+100 watt amplifier hai ab mein iske sath subwoofer use kru ya woofer , kya me ek 100 watt channel me 8 inch 100 watt subwoofer and dusre 100 watt channel me 60 watt tweeter and 40 watt mid istemall kar skta hu kya please reply karein
Build no doubt accha hai and salute to your hardwork , lekin koi known Songs Play karte to Quality ka idea. Lag pata, Treable bilkul Cone tweeter ki tarah Sharp hai , Some ke jaise kuch feel nai ho raha hai or , Sound Demo bhi bhi short hai , agar Mid or lag jata to complete 3 way ban jata that's in demand forever
Copyright ki problem se other songs nahi play kar sakte. High kaafi accha hai but base jayada hone se treble acche se record nahi ho paya hai.

Hi following you from a while. We got the good drivers, good lm3886 boards, good quality toroids etc, we got everything but a nice looking amplifier cabinet is not available. Got one from aliexpress year ago. But such kind of good looking amp cabinets are not available online. The available ones are very ugly u cant keep them in your home.

Never use glasswool... It is dangerous for health... Use recron polyfill instead. I have used sound dampening sponge on walls.

filler > primer > rubbing > primer> paint 2 coats with roller > lacquer (optional) (shake paints very well with stick to attain exact finish as said by paint company)

Hlo Sir I am making your hi fi 100w board But i found my biasing voltage too much it is showing 78mv and i use safety resistance
And also supply voltage drops from 17v to 5.30v
Could you please help me with that issue
Please check orientation of all transistors.
Use fixed resistor along with input section 4148 diodes instead of trimmer.
Biasing timmer shoud be at full value in the start. Later you can increase the biasing voltage with this trimmer.
See the video again as I have explained about the above points in my video.

All transistors are in the correct orientation
Dc Offset voltage is 35mv . I have changed it to 0mv. But Biasing Voltage Doesn’t change with the trimmer.Biasing Trimmer is already at Full. Also Supply drops from 17v to 5.30v using Safety resistance which heats up quickly but not burned

Can you help me sir? I want to build a pair of 2 way speaker box. I have 2 Sweton made 6" 8 ohm 100 watts woofer and 2 Doogesound made 15 watts 8 ohm Neodymium Tweeter and also 2 two way 100 watts 12db crossover (DE16N-06). I got box design from AJdesigner as you said. Is it a good combination to build a quality speaker box?
Please check site once again DE800 01 is 4ohm and add parallel two driver as mentioned!😊😊😊

Same model number but different configuration not acceptable. 8ohm to 4ohm no problem but model number should be change.
