I think it could also be translated as, "What is your chronological order in the family?" or "In which chronological order do you fall among your siblings?" Haha!!! The phrase itself doesn't really have a "direct" translation, I guess. But Dwaine's translation is the easiest to understand. 😊
The reason why it’s challenging to translate that question in english, is because we don’t really ask the question that way in english, for it would sound unusually long. The way I would ask the question would be, “Are you the youngest among your siblings?”. The person you are asking would either say yes or will give you the number of the order of his or her birth 🥂😊

In conclusion, lol, it's normally just deduced by explaining how many siblings are older and how many are younger, or you'd ask what's the order, where do you fit into things, what number are you. You'd just make something up, and then you'd go another decade without needing to ask the question again.
