      I make sorpotel using only pork and kaliz. It tastes good but not like boti and all.

    What you did with the water when you cooked liver etc in the vessel.
    After cooking the liver etc you put raw pork and cooked in the cooker what you did with this water also.

      Liver and heart should be washed and boiled separately with bay leaves. You can keep this water. Cut into very small pieces. feet should be cooked separately, takes long time to cook. Cut into small pieces.
      Rest of the items including intestine rub well with rock salt a few times, boil separately with bay leaves and throw the water. Don’t use it.

      Hi dear, raw parts which are boiled, that water need to discard. While cooking in the cooker have added meat as well as raw pork but not added water only the tamarind water. Later transfer everything into other vessel, then add Shindap (onion, garlic etc) there too dont add water..but cook on low to medium flame. Hope I've answered your query.       Hi dear, rakthi takes time to cook on normal vessel. To speed up the cooking process, first cook in the cooker later transfer to wider vessel.
