Good review. I’d have too many Bellroy slings at the moment: 1) Sling Mini Premium (Deep Plum) - 4L 2) Chimera Sling - 6L 3) Venture Sling (Nightsky) - 9L
One thing I’d say about this sling which can be improved: The padding on the shoulder strap is non-movable. You’ll have to switch the entire orientation by unbuckling the 2 sides/ends for your L & R shoulders. I wished the thick padding was movable so we as users don’t have to keep taking out the entire strap which is actually way harder than merely clicking the 2 sides on.
Thanks for watching. I’m going on a trip soon, so I’ll get real world usage with the sling. I hope to make a video when I return. A bit pointless since new buyers interested won’t be able to purchase.
@@Bo.Lively how has the strap been feeling? ive heard a lot of mixed Reviews on the padded strap and I wanna pick one up (secondary market) but im not sure if its worth the premium price if the bags gonna be uncomfortable... would love to hear your thoughts...I also have a trip coming up so as much as id love to see the follow up video any info you'd be willing to share on how you like the bag would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!
@@TacoTimeTCGit’s very comfortable on the shoulder. One issue is if you load out the entire sling bag it will feel heavier (compared to a typical 6L Bellroy venture sling from their normal series). I have a 9L night sky colour Bellroy Venture sling, with the same fully load out gear it somehow feels lighter in weight than the 6L chimera sling. That’s the only issue I have so if you don’t mind the slightly heavier feel then I guess go for it.
@@cavan_goh_reviews probably because on the 9l the weight is spread out more... my current EDC is a Chrome kadet. its v long and never really feels heavy but its big.

@@cavan_goh_reviews do you think its worth double the price of a regular Venture? Are the features worth the price diff?
