@@3s3_br thank you!!
I didn't really catch anything about this in your video and I'm been looking around for a good answer: Do antlers contain more of one compound over another? Is there any reason for a small scale grower to strive for large conks? Other than spore collection?
With some species, like Cordyceps, we grow them slower. Not looking for large fruits because we want to concentrate the compounds. Is it possible to do something similar with Reishi?
Please let me know sir, which would be superior? Chaga or Rieshi.... I have been decocting both together along with two dehydrated shitaki mushrooms for added flavour. I would like to maximize my efforts. CMJ (Canada)
Ling zhi is thought to prevent certain types of cancers and also immunity booster.
Being into Reishi for 14 years itâs beautiful to see it make its way into mainstream culture đ
In your experience, do they have to be so old that they aren't shiny anymore and have no white at all? Or can you still get benefits from using the younger mushrooms too? I was told only the rock hard old mushrooms are medicinal.
I was out scouting for reishi in the eastern Adirondacks today. 80 degrees, a little humid and I'm, almost 64. About a half mile in I was starting to melt down. This was like my 3rd water break when I remembered I brought my secret weapon. This is a chaga dual extract mixed cranberry juice and a splash of reishi dual x. Well I didn't exactly run out but had plenty of energy to finish the hike. I know some are thinking , wow a mile hike , way to go granpa , but this is Adirondack lite not a yuppie state trail. I've been using this concoction for a few years now and it works. Anybody wanna go reishi huntin , hit me up , if you dare.

I appreciate that he included reports that might show less benefits that believed. Most people would ignore these studies and pretend that they donât exist. It really speaks to your professionalism. Thank you for all the facts and not just whatâs convenient for your business.
@j there's a huge amount on the benefits of this...it's beyond "questioning the science"...it's fact
Telling the truth is whats convenient for his business. The age of lying or withholding context to spread your narrative is dead, nowadays you either tell the whole truth or you get left behind. There's no choice. Tell the truth because someone else out there is, and you will be exposed
@@audiostuff9065 I mean big companies lie all the time and they still relevant
@@audiostuff9065 Not really. Companies make massive profit by lying to their customers and people are dumb enough to not only buy it, but defend said companies against people who call it out. This has only gotten worse, not better.

Here in Thailand I can go to Makro (Thai Costco) and get a bag of reishi for a little over a dollar and the tea I brew with that can last me the better part of a week. I have high blood pressure and nothing works better than this stuff. It really helps with my nervousness, sleep, and focus. I thank God for this mushroom đâ„ïž
Is that your main way for treating your blood pressure, or do you also take meds in treating it ?
Are you able to keep your BP down by taking Reishi only ?

reishi is really amazing.. for emotions and especially anxiety
Thank you for providing your viewers with the actual refrences! Usually videos just claim things without giving any sources. I highly respect that.
Mushrooms are amazing. They are so so good for you. We had a dog called Alfie and he had cancer, we were told he only had a few months to live. We get offered many many many options for his treatment and one was mushroom treatment. He loved for over a year more, but lived very well. he was so healthy. I think that they have so much potential to grow and become fundamental not just for eating but for all types of treatments.
We had a husky named Cha Cha who had seizures. Meds were killing her , and did eventually destroy her liver ( IMHO). I started giving her chaga dual extract ( alcohol cooked off) and we reduced her meds and she had a couple "good " months before she took a turn and passed. The chaga really seemed to help. I have my current dogs on it and cut out bread and they get either grass-fed beef of venison stew with there nuggets, every day. I raise beef so if I butcher myself I get about a trash barrel full of food to cook down and freeze. A good year of hunting the same 2-3 deer will yield up about 30-40 lbs of trimmings, innards and parts I dont want. Love my fur babies.

Found the channel in lockdown and made my way through the whole backlog and was kind of sad to see there hadnât been uploads lately. Very happy to see a new upload! Super bummed pressure cookers and hepa filters are insanely expensive now in Canada, trying to start growing some gourmets soon!
how about diy that stuff
The PC has been expensive even buying the Presto 23 qt. However, check out Eric Myers youtube channel and he shows you how to DIY a steamer drum (atmospheric sterilizer drum). The PC is worth the investment if you jpurchase the Presto 23 qt. You can DIY the flow hood from plans that Tony has and watch his video on how to build it yourself for about $400 USD. Good luck and keep on mushrooming.

Very informative video. Thank you đđż. What would you suggest the best extraction method to be? Alcohol or water or both?
I think at some point I'll try to soak one if these in cognac for 24 hours, the throw them into a 6-hour minimum short rib braise.
That'd add a mushrooms flavor to the braise and yet the alcohol soaking and hot water would hopefully extract some of those important health benefits from the fruiting body.
I like the way you đ€ think.
definitely preparation methods contribute to its efficacy, the heating of it in tea activates it, spore capsules or fruiting body needs to be carboxylized
This is proof people that you are being monitored by your smart phone.Qas simply having a phone conversation with my friend about rieshi mushrooms. Now all the sudden all these videos about rieshi mushrooms start popping up I never researched or typed it in either.Very creepy. Was also talking to a friend about certain music... utube started sending me that exact music.Never even inquired about it.You are being monitored with every conversation
