Right to use can not.. But if HGB is you PMA name on thr certificates.. That you can sell

How if the HGB almost reaching max 80 years; are the owners forced to sell the property?
How if the owners pass away... the beneficiary can reset the length of time from beginning or continues the time that has already run?
Your relation wirh the old owner is terminated.. Is your PMA name in the HGB certificates.. So before it reach the 80 years.. You can re new the certificates and start all over again

Ive heard mixed stories about duty free limit of alcohol when coming to ID i know for many yrs it has been 1L but there was a proposition to raise it to 2L starting beginning of 2022

You dont need to buy land.. you can just rent it for 30 years or something if you can not afford to buy it

To extend VOA you can do it yourself, but to extend B211A only can be done by your sponsor

Bisa.. Tp sertifikat nya bukan Hak milik dan bukan Hak guna bangunan.. Di bawah itu.. Dan harus d perpanjang setiap 30-20-30 th...dan kalau mau jual harus seijin pemilik awal.. Beda dg HGB, walau sama sama terbatas tp bisa jual langsung krn namanya ada di sertifikat

Who told you that.. Returned to who? That is totaly wrong.. HGB certificates which under your PMA name can always be extend with period of 30-20-30 years.. after 80 years you can renew the certificates and do 30-20-30 years again..
However yoy can always also sell it when never you want since is your PT Name in the certificates.. You dont have any relation anymore with old owner..

@@Slayventures you can only lease, land lord name will be on the certificate, and you can not earn money from that becsuse you are not paying tax (to have tax registration number you have to have a PT PMA

You can enter to Indonesia including Bali if you have only recovery letter

No..
So if you have HGB certificates with the name of your PT PMA on the certificates, you can extend the certificates twice at government land office.. After 80 years you can renew the certificates and extend it again twice.. And so on and so on.. And you can sell it at anytime

Yes you can.. If im not mistaken the minimum capital is USD 7000 .. And one of the person who is in executive must be an Indonesian.. And all executives (including foreigners) must live in indonesia

Semua bisnis yg dimiliki orang asing harus punya PT PMA.. Berarti punya NPWP dan harus bayar pajak.. Kalau tidak punya PT PMA berarti ilegal
