- I show the Stokke Tripp Trapp highchair and the accessories that we bought for it. My daughter models the usage of the chair. :) I mention some positive and negative aspects.
UPDATE!! - We ended up buying the safety belt for the chair. At about 8 and a half months Anna started trying to stand in her chair.
Wow you explained it so well and now I have a better picture of the chair. This was one of the best explanatory videos I’ve watch, so many details and you answered lots of my questions. Thank you. 🙂

Thanks :) I'm American so my english should be pretty decent haha. We still use the chair every day. Nothing has broken yet. That white tray piece has been put in the dishwasher many times and is still in good condition.
@@sherri-theamimammie6415 I wish this chair was cheaper in Brazil...but with dolar at BRL6,3 there's no way to buy it here, unfortunately. I looked even for a used one, but is not common here so.... Maybe for the next kid =D thank you and take care!
@@sherri-theamimammie6415 you can check Kinderkraft - Enock High Chair, it is cheaper and all most the same. My sister ordered it for my nephew.
Is your seat the *exact* same colour as your frame? I received the chair today and the seat and two rods came in the same box but seem to be a darker natural colour. The frame is a much lighter colour.
Yea, the whole wooden part of the chair should be the same color. The only part of mine that's red are the two plastic pieces.

Chair's still good. We even bought the newborn seat for the second baby which goes on and off super easy, so the older one (from the video hehe) could just sit in the regular chair.

OH, sorry, you mentioned, its the "Natural" color.
Looks like you got the normal red babyset instead of the warm red.
so where are the straps? i can't figure out how to get that darn cushion off to clean it
what straps? You have to remove the white tray and the red piece where the legs go through in order to get the bottom cushion off.

Sherri - The Ami Mammie ah, it’s the harness. You even said you chose not to buy. Apologies. One thing we found is our little one would just stand up in the chair. I’m not sure she’d fall, but it was enough that we were glad to have the harness. Thanks for replying - your daughter is no doubt even more adorable now. Such a great age! :)
@@cheefussmith9380 oh the harness! Right. My daughter started standing in the chair too so we ended up buying the harness later haha. You have to take the wooden seat out completely and push it back in with the plastic parts of the harness on both sides. It's really kind of weird. There's probably other CZcams videos that show how to do it. Hope you all are staying safe!

Is the red piece required to use the tray?
yes
You can get the babyset in various colors though. It doesn't have to be red.
the feet support is needed if they swallow they can cough better
Thank you for the very comprehensive review. However, you didn't mention the harness. The baby set comes with a designated harness which is number #1 priority. My granddaughter tried to stand up in the chair. If she hasn't had the straps it would be a fatality.
Thanks and I do mention the harness. Although I don't think I called it a harness. But I mentioned that it doesn't come with the chair in Germany (here you have to buy it separately) and at the time when I made the video I didn't have it so I mentioned that I can't show it. Good thing you had it though!
Yes,I live in NY.Here in the USA the baby set comes with the harness. Can you kindly make an additional video demonstrating the harness . I fear that parents who are observing this video will assume that you do not need the harness. It should be the highlight,top priority of the demonstration. Vielen Danke
@@daphnepalka3619 Such parents lack comon sense and really should only blame themselves for leaving a baby unatended on a chair is my take, tbh.
U should just use the safety harness too. Also the foot rest is backwards
