The Heel kick is probably the most used kick in all different types of Martial Arts. In this video Nima discusses the correct bio-mechanics of this kick by taking a closer look at the way the joints work (in particular the knee joint)
Does this differ from your method of doing a Hell Kick? Comment below:
It is a very useful kick in the correct circumstances
Speaking as someone with arthritis in hips I would advise people to be careful how and when you use it
Thanks for the advice.
God bless you Nima 🙏
Cheers Daniel. And same to you and yours brother 🙏
Thanks for the info, been doing the snappy way of the kick for a long time. I'm going to try to practice the pointers you gave. Appreciate it!
Happy to share 👍
First I want to say thank you for this insightful video
Always a pleasure sharing with those who appreciate it Mathew 🙏
I cannot wait to meet Sifu Nima King again 🙏
looking forward to it Khaled 😊🙏
What is Sifu Nima King like? I just see him on the videos, but what is he like in person. What vibes you get from him?
Great lesson Nima. Very well explained . As Sifu taught us also. Straight from the floor to and through the target
🙏🙏
I’d be happy to fight u nima just bored fella.
Excellent work
@@GilesHartop haha, cheers man.
And can't we just hug it out instead? 😅
im ok with that saves me getting bust up.
nim tao how is this generated?
@@GilesHartop I owed a very fast sports car once. Often people would pull up next to me at traffic lights and suggest a challenge. I’d look at their car and then look back at them. And then not be bothered. If it’s not needed, don’t waste it 👍🏻
Love this video alot. I hope that more video about Taigong will come in the future 🥰🙏
Will keep them coming 😊👍
Please have them hold a pad and hold the target leg above ground so the foot is not touching the ground.
Having *beginners* do this with any real force is just asking for real knee damage!
thanks for that
