A lot of fosters do that actually. It helps keep them separated from the rest of the pets in case of fleas, socialization issues that she’s not used to other animals, and disease as she might have underlying issues that can be transferred to other cats and dogs. Foster dad John has a whole room separated from the house. Funnily enough, his cats still get in.
She is precious. She looks so much like my cat Bella. I lost Bella in a flood. We drove endlessly to every shelter and covered hundreds and hundreds of miles but couldn’t find her. I still miss her desperately and think of her every single day. You found such a precious girl. These are the best cats. I love her. You’re so sweet to help her and she’s SO GRATEFUL for what you did for her. You saved her from a horrible life. God bless you.

hey joey, so i have had horrible canker sores in the past. turns out i was allergic to SLS which is Sodium Laure Sulfate. It’s actually super common in a lot of things, like for example it’s found in toothpaste (it basically foams things up). It’s also in shampoo and body wash, and really just anything that can become “foamy”. So maybe try trying products without it in it, or take an allergy test for it! After I stopped using SLS products I have been much healthier and I haven’t had a single sore sense! ❤️❤️

Last year they came back, I did a bunch of test, went to specialist dentist, gastroenterologist, clinic medics, and at the end the thing that finally worked for me was taking Vitamins, specially B12 and folic acid. I don't know if you have already tried this, hope you get to what's causing them to you, I know how annoying they are, good luck 🍀.
