I have seen this story on instagram, and I read the first two free chapters and then I got the subscription. In a couple of hours I read the 19 chapters, and today I was exited to see that they up the 20th. I never was into comics, but this story it's so amazing, i love the art and the silly and funny moments. I can't wait to keep reading it!

This is the best Manwha I've read so far and I'm totally obsessed with it. Can't imagine if I never get the chance to read it. I hope this would have an anime version. I'm crying for the next episodes. 😭
I just want to share that this is the best fantasy romance fiction that i’ve read in my whole life. I have always been fascinated by the medieval fantasy themes and two couples have this sweet passionate love towards each other that I yearned for and i’ve been trying to find some decent stories ti’ll I found this gem. While reading it, it’s as if I was in another world lost in it, which is the most lovable feeling I’ve felt whenever I read books or tales as it makes me yearn more for that magical feeling that it makes me want to cry.
If you want more of this, read the novel and riftan's POV. There's crunchier details and you get to know the characters even better. Some situations and battles are so well written, you just can't stop reading. I love how the manhwa interpreted this whole story and it made it so much easier to picture everything. ♡
I just ate all the 19 chapters available yesterday and now, I am depressed, because there's none for me to continue reading XD

@@Su-wo4id for the chapters that was already translated, basically the Maxi will start to get extremely comfortable with Riftan, she will be learning magic as Ruth will be suggesting, she will also learn why the other Remdragon knights are angry with her. Anatol will also have an intruder. That part was so exciting. Sujwbdjdksjshdhd. I think it wil be released in Manta in maybe 2-4 chapters. I am not sure since there are quite a lot that was skipped from the novel.
In the later part, Maxi will still not be opening up to Riftan but Riftan will be able to see her father abusing her for himself. This was when Maxi will be having a miscarriage. They both didn't know even know. And you know they both have their own issues. Maxi thought Riftan was angry at her because she lost the baby and Riftan thought she was angry at him for getting her pregnant. They really did not have the chance to talk it out because of the attack from the monsters that has been going around so the Duke brought Maxi back to Croix where he started abusing her due to incompetence of bearing an heir at this time, Riftan went back to get Maxi and witnessed this first handedly. He was angry and almost killed the Duke but was stopped by Ruth since they still need the man.
The conversation they had when Riftan asked Maxi how long her father was doing that was so emotional. I hope this helps. This is far as I know.

@@katkkatkat OMG 😭😭😭😭 that's so sad, why would Riftan think Maxi was mad at him for getting her pregnant? Isn't that what is supposed to happen in a marriage? Also he mentioned something in one of the first chapters about their children been heirs to his castle when he went to get her from her father's house and was angry because he had send for her several times and she hadn't go to his land.
@@Su-wo4id It is understandable why Riftan is thinking that way. They are arranged to get married and when that happened, they never really got the chance to talk about it. In Riftan’s defense, he knows and likes Maxi since he was young. It will be revealed soon that he kept sneaking into the Dukes castle just to see Maxi. So basically, Maxi was forced to marry Riftan without knowing the man already has feelings for her.
We also know that Riftan has a lot of issues on his own. Sure, we know Maxi’s issue since basically the whole novel is under her point of view. Riftan himself has problems on his own since he was a low knight before the dragon expedition. Plus, Maxi is always scared that Riftan would go ballistic against her like her father. So they need to fix that first.
Also, their situation when this happened did not help at all. Screw monsters. ☹

I really like this story but have to admit that I never heard of it until Cha Eun Woo sang the OST for this - Don't Cry My Love - it's a beautiful song.
I am through chapter 10 on the web manga now and I gotta say... you genius, how did you make me binge a cliché that tired the heck out of me long ago. The art is stunning and the characterisation works so well. I absolutely hate the "timid damsel meets broody male and they slowly realise they have something for each other" trope. But this, I love this so much.

he saw himself in her? now i did not expect that. in the early chapters it felt like...he kinda expect her to feel dissapointed with him, because he is not as rich and his house is not as luxurious as her father's house. so it makes me think that he assumed she was a spoiled rich girl.
but i also felt that he seems to know her way longer. so that is the reason why....

@@novajjay I just read the Riftan ponit of view chapters when he said that he was 25 and she was 19 when they got married. The Riftan POV chapters are at the end of the first book (44 chapters in total). There are many descriptions about his childhood and adolescence, very tender and sad story

I have always been a voracious reader, I would read 200-300 books a month. In the 90’s I used to read a lot of romance novel, historical being my favorite genre. This story UTOT is the best love story I’ve read and that’s saying something given I’ve read hundreds of love stories.. this story tugs at your heartstrings non-stop, you root for the main characters, you get sad with them, angry, happy, frustrated.. all sorts of emotions are evoked when reading this story. Highly recommend!!

Not only that I relate to the protagonist of the drama but also he r character development, Ruth's sarcasm, and the intense chemistry btw these two is only killing me to know what happens next, I really am waiting for the next update, I don't wanna cheat and go through the novel..

This is the only reason why I downloaded Manta and subscribed after reading the first free chapters. I love it so much. I thought Noblesse would be the only Manhwa I would love buuuuut it turns out I am wrong.
I love Maxi so much by the way, she does not deserve the bad things she has been through. I am so happy Riftan came into her life and made her realize she could be loved. I love how gentle he is with her and how he makes sure she is comfortable at all times.
I can't wait for them to have kids. hahahahaha. Overall, the couple is loveable.

I feel like everyone who read the main one should also read the one with Riftan's POV as it's important to understand his character. The main doesn't even scratch the surface of his trauma and it explains a lot why he acts the way that he does.

As someone who read this manga: I recommend it. It’s a good story of a scared girl who eventually learns how to be strong and hold her head high, while her love interest, being a little rough around the edges, is a very kind and passionate man that truly loves his wife and wants to give her everything she could ever wish, which is very well shown. Ppl complain about smut and Riftan (the knight) being horny all the time but they forget that, despite his noble title he is still a KNIGHT. He has little idea of tact or manners but acknowledges that and does his best to change to make Maximilian (the girl) happy. Just READ IT DAMN IT!
