What do you expect from boeing aircraft other airlines also suffer from a similar problem especially in America not just Malaysia and also this is first time an engine of Malaysia airlines aircraft caught on fire. This is first time happened and it could be airport maintenance department issue maybe they did not even check the aircraft before it takes off so it could not be the airlines problem. what I know as a Malaysian MAS have a good safety record and we always service and maintain our aircraft every each month.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the handling of our recent ordeal as passengers of your airline. We were stranded at Johannesburg Airport for over 5 hours due to the unexpected closure of Kuala Lumpur Airport on 26th of June 2024, and throughout this time, there was a complete lack of customer service.
Despite the prolonged delay, no food or beverages were provided, communication was severely lacking, and even basic amenities such as functioning air conditioning were unavailable. As a result of this mismanagement, we regrettably missed our connecting flight to Colombo.
The entire experience has been deeply upsetting and reflects poorly on your airline's professionalism and commitment to passenger care. We are now considering legal action against your airline and intend to share video evidence and our harrowing experience with the media unless this matter is promptly addressed.

Because Malaysia airlines have much better service then Air India la punde. It just 1 fight missing and one been shot down and it’s not even Malaysia Airlines fault and why you want to comment like that you just hurting Malaysian citizens feelings. And also this is first time Malaysia airlines flight caught on fire at the engine lah bodoh and it’s also might be the airport maintenance department problem at India so before you make this kind of statement you better false the airport maintenance department at India first because what I know as a Malaysian MAS have a good safety record and we always service and maintain our aircraft every each month. If you want to say bad things and hurts other feelings I think you better just shut your mouth. It’s better that way
