As we discussed teliphonically that ur company's service executive 1st told that in my microwave capacitor is not working. I ordered them a new but company was not able to provide for next 10 days so replaced it by myself. Still it was not working then ur executive again visited and told transformer is not working. I thought abt having a 2nd opinion and took consultation from another microwave expert then I came to know that the problem was in magnetron not in capacitor or transformer.
All I reached over a conclusion that IFB is making fool to customers coz u people charge very heavily for replacement part n taking back old part (as policy of ur company) so no one can find out that u people are replacing correct parts. This magnetron was under warranty but u people don't want to provide warranty that's why I had to bear this and all the trauma n harresment which IFB officials caused to me.
Business is all abt profit but in ethical manner.

How to preheat
To preheat, press the convection button until you reach the degree celsius and press the start button. display show 30 minutes preheat process complete within 12 to 15 minutes
