The Law of Success, thank you Pat so much for your influences. If it weren't for your book list, I would have never read that book, or have been exposed to this amazing speech. It is profound to me, and I wish so much I had read it when I was on active duty. Often I wish I had the opportunity to follow your guidance as a mentor, and I appreciate your work here with Valuetainment, it is instrumental in my execution of business regularly. Thank you sir.

Last time I listened to this it was at 4am in 2016. I was taking out the trash at a school where I did janitor work. I listened to this speech every day for a few months. Thank you. Now I am a day trader, and at a completely different place in life.

Good on you to determine your own future! Teach it to your kids or even better another person's kid!

Thanks man! Just like a "Black belt" in any martial art allows you then to begin learning that art. Becoming an Officer gets you ready to lead..Wow. Nice.

The 'Salute' is a reminder to the Officer of his responsibility to the Private.
The 'Return Salute' is the acceptance of that responsibility.

This was very well done , but I loved , and it is still my favorite even though I am not a Canadian , the Sir Aurthur Curry speech from the German spring offensive in 1918, you need to hear that one...

Your followers will emulate you. You have to set the example of excellence, and look after them.

Your title means nothing and your actions mean everything, you need to know your stuff to gain following, understand that you are better than your followers, your followers magnify what you do whether good or bad, you must live a good life and they will respect you, you must give and give generously, respect your followers, You must do something even if it is the wrong thing, do not ask for respect but rather do right and it will be given, do not ask someone to do something you wouldn't, understand your followers on a personal level. Very powerful speech. That will be something that I will re-listen to for a long time

very valuable speech. I'm gonna stop it at minute 8, to me is like a delicious ice cream, going to enjoy it slowly. A lesson that sounds great to take notes, also (at least to me so I don't forget all)
