So awesome to run into Marko on the day he was leaving Niseko! What an epic place!
I did 4 months in Rusutsu Resort and it was phenomenal. Was nice to go on a day trip over to Niseko to experience the town. Niseko is so so busy but beautiful, and the town reminds me of Queenstown here in New Zealand. Rusutsu is so quiet (longest I waited in line over the 4 months was like... 5 minutes) and incredible powder, but very secluded and expensive to stay at if you're a tourist. I loved it though! Amazing video, makes me miss Hokkaido so much.

We also stayed in capsule hotel while in Tokyo and it's seriously cheap, clean, and so worth for single or couple travellers!! Love winter in Japan, especially ski trip bcoz Japan got one of the best ski resort in the world 😍😍

Well, time for me to grab my board and hit the mountain. Nature is calling...again!
GREAT, now I have NISEKO envy AGAIN;). Seriously though, a great well rounded video, thoroughly enjoyed it for the second time. We've been going for the past 8 years consecutively with the countdown to trip no 9 coming up in 2020. Just for the record, the little fridge door bar is called Gyu Bar ( aka the "Fridge Bar") Hirafu Village did have some cute little "ICE BAR's" which were built in a different location each year however they haven't built them for a few years now. Everything was made of ice incl the glasses which we took home and put in the freezer. The last ice bar they built there had an ice slide inside complete with colored lighting within the ice that you could have competitions trying to run to the top before sliding down again, not many of us made it to the top though. After going for 8 years we still haven't tried many of the great restaurants let alone all the fantastic ski/board trails/locations to enjoy. Happy "Snow" travels to you all.

For some reason japan reminds me of the elves in lord of the rings amazing at sword crafting ancient design and gardens and a drastically diffrent culture to the outside world the landscape is also bautiful and they seem like 10 years ahead

That powder the greatest ever i experienced. Powder is so soft that don’t even hurt when you fall down. Japanese powder was as bananas as. I’ll go soon hokkaido. *Sapporo classic was the great flavor beer. Try it when you go to hokkaido

i was a snowboard instructor for Niseko Village last season, and at 0:05 seconds you triggerd me. Nice vid tho.
What's the music used?
It is said that the finest snow in the world is in Japan. These are niseko from HOKKAIDO and HAKUBA from NAGANO.
Currently, I can't go back and forth in Corona all over the world, but when Corona is over, it will be Japan for sightseeing. In Japan, the ski and snowboard boom is gone, and, unfortunately, few Japanese.
There is also NIGHT SKI, so you can enjoy it to your heart's content. From amateurs to families with children.
Most of the food is Western European food such as steak, but ramen shop udon is not as delicious as Tokyo, but there are.NISEKO will fly from Tokyo. HAKUBA frequently takes tourist buses from Tokyo to several hotels in Hakuba. In Japan, you can always buy alcohol cheaply at convenience stores, so it's fun. Especially in NISEKO, it snows during the night, so it feels like skiing for the first time the next day. HAKUBA also gets snow every other day. After all, it is best to slide on a road without a road. I can't see the front because of the snow. Some students work at ski resorts and save money. Because the inn and the rice are free. And many people save for 2-3 months and go to Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Nara. I enjoy night skiing.
why everyone comes to niseko? is the snow so good?
I'm planning on going to Japan soon, wondering what can be rented there and what can't. I wanted to snowboard for a day and then spend the next 2 weeks traveling the rest of Japan and would rather not have to lug around my snowboard bag the whole trip. Any tips or advice? Thanks!

Most of the resorts I go to only rent board helmet and boots, so I wasn’t sure.
