I got residence through my company not property, you need to buy property for residence yes not only renting

Hello !!! if I buy a property as an investor (I don't live in Dubai, I live in Europe) how do I connect electricity and water (dewa) and a/c (empower), if I don't have an Emirates ID, and I'm not a resident?
you can still do it with your passport and title deed. if you buy a property worth 750k AED. You get the residency anyway with Emirates id.

you cant rent long term with a tourism visa. only Airbnb or renting from holiday homes is possible.

Both are possible. But in nowadays it's yearly... Or divided in 2 or 4 cheques. It depends on mainly the location..
