Man the algorithm really got me, eskate, 3d printing, and this boat 😂 all things I’m addicted to. Trying to figure out how to motorize mine, thanks for posting, I need ideas.

Just time trolling not counting fishing we would be out half the day

Not ideal but also conditions of the water are harsher. Try again on a calm day? It's still pretty cool overall!

I just got back from an overnight trip with the raft, water conditions were much calmer--definitely felt like I had a bit more speed

I bought the lithium battery linked in the description yet can’t seem to get it to work with my c2-30. Been troubleshooting with the seller but hoping to get it figured out soon.

First thing I would do is verify if it's the battery or not--have you tried checking the battery with a voltometer or something else? Does the motor work with a different battery?
It should be pretty plug & play, positive clamp on the positive terminal and negative clamp on the negative terminal

@@MikeInTheWoods I highly agree with you, I have done everything right so far, right connections, clean and tight, etc. Also my charger says the current volt is 14.6 and that it’s near full but I don’t have a voltmeter. So I was going to take it to batteries+ for a second opinion and look to make sure it’s not anything on my end. My marine battery box and trolling motor all worked fine with my lead battery but I had returned it once I ordered the lithium. I find the whole situation weird because as you said I thought it would just be plug and play. I’m hoping it’s just something simple before I decide to return it. I will let you know what I find out

@@MikeInTheWoods so you will probably know more than me on this, but I took it to get tested and the reading on the voltmeter was 0.07. The gentleman said it was completely dead/shot but I’m curious as to how that happened from the seller? I took a photo and messaged the seller. I’m a bit upset that I can’t go out on the boat until this is resolved, but glad to have it figured out because I knew I wasn’t crazy on why nothing was working 🤪.

100ah LFP batteries are a few hundred bucks, same for the motor and boat.
      Links are in the description!
