I am belong from rural area in western up and on ncr ,I personally visit many villages specifically in district Hapur,there is no 3G and even some time 2G mobile network even today also ,
I hope this problem will be solved after come into force this act, good step from govt but subject to citizens privacy and no other kind negative impact of user and intermediary .

Each & every rule is spot on, but the forceful installation of towers on someone's property without their consent is not acceptable. We all are aware of the health issues that towers like these create, and those who stay in the closest proximity of these towers, face the biggest risk of having cancer and other critical health issues. Another worrying issue for many building owners is the structural damages that these towers cause to the respective buildings upon installation. It shouldn't be installed on someone's property forcefully. If govt or any telecom company is so much desperate to install a tower on a perticular location, they should develop their own structure, if needed, rather than forcing unwilling building owners to give up their spaces.
